A Dolphins player who was hard to gauge this spring was starting RB Jay Ajayi (pictured). Without pads and contact, I couldn't really tell how much he improved from a year ago. Ajayi will be one of Miami's most intriguing players to keep an eye on in training camp and the preseason.

A recent ranking of league head coaches placed Pittsburgh's Mike Tomlin fourth overall, behind Green Bay's Mike McCarthy, Seattle's Pete Carroll and New England's Bill Belichick. At 92-52, Tomlin is likely to surpass 100 wins before the end of his 10th season with the Steelers.

While this is the first time Darren Waller was disciplined by the NFL, he was suspended twice at Georgia Tech for violating team rules. He missed a total of three games in 2013 and 2014.

The Saints have claimed former Browns QB Connor Shaw off of waivers, per source. TE Jack Tabb has been waived to make room.

Darren Waller is the second Ravens TE to be suspended this year (Nick Boyle is suspended for 10 games). Waller is behind Benjamin Watson, Dennis Pitta, Crockett Gillmore and Maxx Williams on the depth chart. He's a core special teams player.
