Outside linebacker Ahmad Brooks has been placed in the 49ers' concussion protocol, coach Jim Tomsula announced Wednesday, putting Brooks' availability for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals in question. Tomsula also announced that DL Glenn Dorsey, who underwent knee surgery on Tuesday, would be placed on IR soon.
