Cameron was limited in practice. He won't be cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers until he is cleared by an independent neurologist.
"It's very important (to play)," Cameron said. "I play football and I'm on this team. If I'm healthy I'm going to play."
The Browns will be without guard Jason Pinkston (concussion) and defensive tackle Phil Taylor (concussion), both of whom were ruled out.
Cornerback Joe Haden (hip), and guards John Greco (knee) and Shawn Lauvao (thigh bruise) are all listed as questionable. Haden did not practice all week, and Lauvao missed the last two days. Greco was limited all week.
