MIAMI -- Soon-to-be free agent Richie Incognito is not happy with the timing of the Ted Wells report.

The Miami Dolphins guard, who recently completed a three-month suspension, is eagerly awaiting the results of the NFL's investigation into bullying claims involving himself and teammate Jonathan Martin.

Incognito took his frustration to Twitter on Thursday, taking a shot at Wells' law firm.

Wells' firm released a statement Wednesday saying the report will not be complete for another week or two. Free agency begins March 11.

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said last week that he didn't think Incognito or Martin would return to the team in 2014. Martin is under contract and could be traded or released.

Martin has re-enrolled at Stanford, where he is taking a full load of classes, working out at a local football facility and scheduled to graduate this spring with a degree in classics, USA Today Sports reported.
