Justin Houston, Tamba Hali and Dee Ford to play for Chiefs

HOUSTON -- The Kansas City Chiefs will head into a game for the first time in more than a month with top pass-rushers Justin Houston, Tamba Hali and Dee Ford available to play.

The three players were on Kansas City's injury report this week but will play in Saturday's first-round playoff game against the Houston Texans.

Houston hasn't played since suffering a knee injury in a Nov. 29 game against the Bills. Despite missing the season's final five games, he still led the Chiefs with 7½ sacks.

Houston returned to practice late last week and will play with a bulky brace on his knee.

Hali was second on the Chiefs with 6½ sacks. He didn't practice all week because of a broken thumb but he also will be available for the game.

Ford had a concussion and practiced this week only on Thursday, Kansas City's final team workout before the game. He has been the Chiefs' hottest pass-rusher with four sacks in the past four games.
