NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Cornerback Champ Bailey is out against Tennessee, leaving the Denver Broncos without three starters in their first road game.

Defensive end Elvis Dumervil and receiver Eddie Royal already were declared out with Bailey questionable due to a hamstring injury that kept him out of last week's win against Cincinnati. Denver also deactivated receiver Demaryius Thomas and tight end Julius Thomas, who was declared out Friday.

Denver does have running back Knowshon Moreno active along with receiver Brandon Lloyd after they sat out a week ago.

Tennessee deactivated safety Chris Hope for a second straight week with Jordan Babineaux starting in his spot.

Cassius Vaughn is starting for Bailey, while Jason Hunter starts for Dumervil.
