Cardinals' Beanie Wells sits out
SEATTLE -- The Arizona Cardinals were without their top two running backs as both Beanie Wells and LaRod Stephens-Howling were inactive and didn't play in a 13-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
Wells has a hamstring injury that popped up during the week. Stephens-Howling has a hand injury and was limited in practice all week. Both were listed as questionable on the final injury report.
The Seahawks welcomed new wide receiver Sidney Rice to the starting lineup for the first time in 2011. Rice signed a big free-agent deal with Seattle in the offseason but had missed the Seahawks' first two games with a shoulder injury.
Rice made an immediate impact, with eight catches for 109 yards.
