Green Bay Packers halfback Ryan Grant was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos because of a bruised kidney. Coach Mike McCarthy said the medical staff didn't believe Grant's kidney passed enough tests to put him on the field.

Also ruled out were safety Nick Collins (neck), defensive end Mike Neal (knee), linebacker Frank Zombo (shoulder) and right tackle Bryan Bulaga (knee).

Linebacker Clay Matthews (quad) is probable.

Linebacker Brad Jones (hamstring), cornerback James Lee (back) and linebacker Jamari Lattimore (shoulder) are questionable.
