Vikings' E.J. Henderson questionable
Henderson was limited this week in practice, resting the knee that has bothered him since the first week of the season. Coach Leslie Frazier said he expects Henderson to play Sunday, but he might be limited.
"Of course I probably feel like that," Henderson said when asked if he could take his usual number of snaps. "But if I was being honest with myself, I probably would say I'm not 100 percent. So, you know, its definitely the coach's decision, but I think it's a smart thing to maybe cut back on the reps a little bit and let it heal up."
It's the same leg in which Henderson broke trying to make a tackle against the Arizona Cardinals in 2009. A metal rod was placed in the leg and Henderson has said there's been recurrences of swelling and soreness in the knee since the surgery.
Running back Adrian Peterson was listed as probable Friday after returning to full participation in practice with a sore calf muscle. Minnesota listed safety Jamarca Sanford (thigh) was questionable but he was a full participant in practice this week.
Peterson was kneed in the calf during last week's game and was held out of practice on Wednesday. He returned to practice Thursday in a limited capacity.
"He finished well today," Frazier said. "He looks to be full strength."
Cornerback Asher Allen (toe), cornerback Chris Cook (groin), safety Tyrell Johnson (hip), tight end Jim Kleinsasser (elbow) and defensive tackle Kevin Williams (foot) are listed as probable when the Vikings (0-3) face the Chiefs (0-3).
