Titans' Craig Stevens uncertain
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee tight end Craig Stevens is questionable against Pittsburgh after being able to return to limited practice Friday.
Stevens was receiving treatment on his injured ribs after practice, but said through a team spokesman he is feeling better and hopes to play Sunday against the Steelers (2-2). Stevens caught a touchdown pass in last week's 31-13 win in Cleveland and is a key blocker in the run game.
Coach Mike Munchak said it's a question of whether Stevens can tolerate the soreness.

Fullback Ahmard Hall was excused from Friday's practice after returning from a four-game suspension. That apparently will not affect the Titans' plans to activate him for Sunday's game. Fullback Quinn Johnson, acquired Sept. 3 in a trade from Green Bay, was released Friday afternoon to free up a roster spot for Hall.
Receiver Kenny Britt, who is on injured reserve, had surgery Friday to repair the torn ACL and MCL in his right knee. Britt tweeted a photo of himself dressed in a hospital gown ready for surgery and wrote, "Greetings from surgery tweeps:)."
Safety Michael Griffin returned to practice after missing Thursday with an illness. Griffin says he lost nine pounds due to the virus.
Receiver Marc Mariani (hip) and linebacker Gerald McRath (left knee) are probable after a full practice Friday. Starting left guard Leroy Harris (left ankle) was added to the injury report, but he practiced fully and is probable. Safety Chris Hope is out recovering from a broken left forearm.
