Ryan Torain starts at RB

LANDOVER, Md. -- King Dunlap's back spasms left the Philadelphia Eagles with only two healthy offensive tackles -- including Winston Justice, who got the start despite not having played a snap on the line this season.

Starting left tackle Jason Peters was out for Sunday's game at the Washington Redskins with a hamstring injury, so right tackle Todd Herremans shifted over. Peters' usual backup is Dunlap, but because he's out, too, Justice played at right tackle. He had offseason knee surgery and only has played special teams since.

The Eagles also were without safety Jarrad Page, who has a stinger.

Meanwhile, Mike Shanahan's always-turning running back carousel in Washington put Ryan Torain in the starter's role against Philadelphia.

Torain got the nod over Tim Hightower, who began the year as the Redskins' No. 1 running back, and rookie Roy Helu.

Washington's inactives included cornerback Phillip Buchanon, who has a neck injury, and receiver Anthony Armstrong, out with a bad hamstring.

The Eagles won 20-13.
