Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals because of a hip pointer.
Maclin, who originally suffered the injury in the season opener against the Cleveland Browns, caught a touchdown pass in last week's win over the Baltimore Ravens before aggravating the injury.
Coach Andy Reid told the team's website that without Maclin the offense will "mix and match" based on the Cardinals' schemes.
"(Maclin is) a good football player," Reid said. "The other guys have practiced and they're ready to go. I've always said that if somebody misses, it's another man's opportunity. So I expect the other guys to step up and play well."
The Eagles (2-0) also will be without starting left tackle King Dunlap against the Cardinals because of a hamstring injury. Demetress Bell will start in Dunlap's place.
