Mario Manningham inactive for 49ers
SAN FRANCISCO -- Wide receiver Mario Manningham is among the inactives with a shoulder injury for the San Francisco 49ers against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night.
NFC West Blog
ESPN.com's Mike Sando writes about all things NFC West in his division blog.
Brandon Jacobs is taking Manningham's spot on the active roster for the first time after a left knee injury sidelined the former New York Giants running back since the preseason.
Left tackle Joe Staley, who had a concussion in Sunday's 26-3 home loss to the Giants, has been cleared to play and is in San Francisco's starting lineup.
Manningham was injured early against New York last weekend. Randy Moss is listed as a starting wide receiver along with Michael Crabtree.
All of Seattle's starters are active.
