Adam Snyder, Greg Toler out
GLENDALE, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals were without starting right guard Adam Snyder and cornerback Greg Toler for Monday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

ESPN.com's Mike Sando writes about all things NFC West in his division blog.
Snyder sustained a quadriceps injury in the team's 21-14 loss at Minnesota eight days ago and was inactive after being listed as questionable Saturday. Rich Ohrnberger replaced him in the starting lineup. Toler missed his third straight game because of a hamstring injury.
Arizona safety Kerry Rhodes, limited in practice last week with a back injury, was in the Arizona starting lineup. Cardinals tight end Todd Heap missed his sixth straight game with a knee injury.
San Francisco's Joe Staley, limited in practice last week due to illness, was active and in his usual spot at starting left tackle.
