Graham briefly returned to the field after having his lower left leg taped up, but then limped off with trainers before the game ended. Graham was not present in the locker room following New Orleans' 30-27 defeat, and the Saints didn't offer any injury updates after the game or Monday.
Adding insult to injury, Graham finished the game without a catch for the first time since his rookie year of 2010.
Graham leads the league in receiving yards (593) and has a team-high six touchdowns on the season.
The Saints (5-1) are on bye but return to action in Week 8 with a home game against the Bills.
