ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints but remains a game-time decision, coach Doug Marrone said Friday.

"We're planning on taking [Spiller's status] to game-time," Marrone said. "But it may change before that."

With Spiller unlikely to play, the Bills signed running back Ronnie Wingo off their practice squad, per a league source. Wingo is an undrafted rookie from Arkansas.

Spiller has battled an ankle injury the past several weeks and gained just 11 yards on six carries in last Sunday's win over Miami. He did not participate in any practices this week.

Running back Fred Jackson, who practiced on a limited basis this week, is probable for Sunday's game.
