ARLINGTON, Texas -- Minnesota Vikings right tackle Phil Loadholt suffered a concussion near the end of the first half Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys and will miss the remainder of the game.

Loadholt was injured on the Vikings' touchdown drive with less than two minutes left in the first half and was taken to the locker room just before halftime.

J'Marcus Webb, whom the Vikings signed after the Chicago Bears cut him in August, replaced Loadholt at right tackle.

After Cordarrelle Patterson fumbled the opening kickoff out of bounds in the third quarter, Webb was beaten by George Selvie, who sacked Christian Ponder in the end zone and forced a fumble that Nick Hayden recovered for a touchdown.
