Allen, who came to the Raiders as a free agent and signed a four-year, $23 million contract after five seasons with the Eagles, appeared in just five games, three starts, after injuring a knee in the season opener. He finished the season on IR with one interception, two passes defended and 11 tackles, seven solo.
