Vikings cut Brandon Bostick

The Vikes released the TE in their first round of cuts today to get down to 75 players before Tuesday's deadline, according to ESPN sources and multiple reports. Bostick was claimed off waivers in February after he was cut by the Packers.

The Minneosta Vikings have cut tight end Brandon Bostick, according to a source. Bostick is best remembered for his gaffe in the 2015 NFC title game while a member of the Green Bay Packers.

The Vikings are a trendy playoff pick, and they haven't exactly shied away from big expectations. On Saturday night, quarterback Teddy Bridgewater spelled it out. "We all hear Coach (Mike) Zimmer talk about bringing Minnesota its first Super Bowl," he said. "Why can't it be us?"

Vikings catch up early in the third

Teddy Bridgewater finished his night 7 of 7 for 76 yards. For the preseason, he's hit 29 of his 35 passes for 295 yards. It's quite possible he's done for the preseason; the Vikings didn't play many of their offensive starters in the preseason finale last year.
