Vegas experts: How to bet New England-Denver

Where does the betting value lie in the Sunday night football game between the Patriots and Broncos? ESPN Chalk experts provide against-the-spread, and over/under advice.

Jeff Legwold ESPN Staff Writer

Sunday night Broncos outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware will miss his third consecutive game because of a back injury -- his fourth overall this season -- when he is not in the lineup against the New England Patriots. Ware has not practiced since he left the Broncos loss in Indianapolis earlier this month, but did work with teams strength and conditioning coaches this week. Ware said Friday he hopes to practice at least some next week, but he is still uncertain when hell be ready to play in a game. I think the right time is when you're comfortable enough to get out there and do what you do best and that's rush the passer and make plays," Ware said Friday. "And I'm not at that point yet.

On the field for Broncos DeMarcus Ware is not practicing Friday and not expected to play Sunday night against the Patriots. Evan Mathis (ankle) was back in practice after missing two days and wide receiver Emnanuel Sanders was moving far better at practice than he was at this point last week.

Daniels can throw it, not just spike it

Owen Daniels shows off the power of his right arm any time he scores a TD, but don't doubt his accuracy. Daniels was recruited to Wisconsin as a QB, and he'd be the Broncos' signal-caller in a pinch. Emergency QBs

For Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders is practicing Wednesday and outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware was not practicing, but Warecwas working off to the side with strength and conditions coaches.
