Brady's agent: Appeal process 'a sham'

In a statement, Don Yee said, in part: Roger Goodell's decision "has no precedent in all of NFL history. His decision alters the competitive balance of the upcoming season. The decision is wrong and has no basis, and it diminishes the integrity of the game."

NFL gets to court first

The NFL has already filed a suit in New York City to uphold Tom Brady's 4-game suspension, according to Bloomberg News. An NFLPA source told ESPN's Adam Schefter the filing is "no big deal."

Missing Week 1 after Super Bowl win
