Pierre-Paul injury reportedly not serious

Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul injured his hands in a fireworks accident in South Florida, according to ESPN sources and multiple reports. A source tells ESPN that Pierre-Paul has bad burns on his palm and tips of three fingers. One finger is being checked for nerve damage, but the source said it is believed Pierre-Paul will be fine.

Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul was hospitalized for injuries to both hands from setting off fireworks over the Fourth of July holiday, according to ESPN and media reports.
