Ryan Mouton was selected 94th overall by the Titans, making him the first Hawaii defensive back drafted since 1986, and the first drafted before the 5th round since Jeris White was selected in the 2nd round by the Dolphins in 1974.

Jared Cook was selected 89th overall by the Titans, making him the first South Carolina TE selected since DeWayne Chivers in 1982 (Bills, 160th overall).
