By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: High school sprinter. Played in 10 games in both 1999 and 2000. Got his first six starts in '01, when he generally played inside at safety but also saw some action on the corner. Had eight stops in 1999; six in 2000; and 54 tackles and two passes broken up in '01. Played in every game in '02 and had 87 tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack, two interceptions and broke up 10 passes.Positives: Size-speed prospect. Very good straight-line speed and has run a 4.48 on a fast track. Plays more free safety but might be able to play other positions.Negatives: Takes poor angles to the ball and lacks innate cover skills. Has a lot of hesitation in his play, both in terms of supporting the run and turning to cover deep. Doesn't have a good feel for the ball. Loses something in transition because of his high pedal and a small hitch and delay in turns. Can be reluctant in run support. Is an underachiever and a grab tackler who lunges.Summary: A camp body because he is an incomplete player who hasn't decided to dedicate himself.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
