Jeremy Muyres

S | (6-2, 205, 4.75) | Georgia Tech
By Pro Football Weekly

Notes: Name is pronounced "Myers." Started seven games as a true freshman and every game since. Had 69 tackles, broke up three passes and had one interception in 1999; 43-12-4 in 2000; 85-9-2 in '01; and 66-5-5 in '02, when he won All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors.

Positives: Top student and smart, tough durable player with very good intangibles. Very coachable. Team leader. Will support the run and anticipates well in coverage.

Negatives: Marginal athletic ability and speed. Is tight in the hips and really struggles in man-on-man coverage. Lacks range and deep speed in zone coverage. Will have trouble covering half the field in a two-deep scheme.

Summary: Overachiever with marginal ability.
