Todd Devoe

WR | (6-1, 202, 4.53) | Central Missouri State
By Pro Football Weekly

Notes: Non-qualifier out of high school who went to Itawamba Junior College (Miss.) for two years but did not graduate. Was set to go to Southern Mississippi in 2001 but was not eligible for Division I. Came to Division-II Central Missouri instead, started every game in '01 and caught 40 passes for 926 yards and nine touchdowns. In '02, Devoe caught 58-1,045-12.

Positives: Came close to dominating in Division II. Has nice size and big-league speed. Also ran track at Central Missouri, competing in the 200 and 400 meters.

Negatives: Needs route refinement and improved concentration and attention to detail on the field. Had too many drops when catching over the middle. Will struggle to defeat the jam at times and does not do enough to help his quarterback.

Summary: Still raw, but size and speed gives him a chance if he really gets his butt in gear and shows he can contribute on special teams.
