WR | (5-11, 215, 4.52) | TCU
By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: Transfer from Middle Georgia College. Became a starter four games into the 2001 season and went on to lead TCU in receiving with 50 catches for 819 yards and five TDs. Started nine of 10 games in '02, catching 30-506-2. Sat out vs. Tulane with back spasms. Positives: Thick-bodied and well-built like a running back. Good athletic ability, speed and hands. Makes sharp cuts. Has good, deceptive playing speed. Catches well and runs after the catch. Can extend, reach and has excellent ability to adjust to the ball in the air. Will block. Has shown he can get behind the defense at this level but does not look like a burner. Very strong for a receiver.Negatives: Poor stance. Too high with no lean. Slow off the line of scrimmage. Not sudden off the ball. Does not have great quickness or consistency. Poor leaper.Summary: Could get late-round consideration but nothing special.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
