KUBA JOINS A SHORT LIST OF OTTAWA DEFENSEMEN
Filip Kuba scored a career-high four points (one goal, three assists) in Ottawa's 5-3 win over the Sabres. Kuba is only the fifth defenseman in Senators history to score at least four points in one game and he's the first to do so since Joe Corvo set the franchise record for D-men with five points against Toronto on Oct. 26, 2006. The other backliners with four-point games for Ottawa were Norm Maciver, Karel Rachunek and Wade Redden.
