RANGERS STUN MARTY
The Rangers beat Martin Brodeur and the Devils, 3-1, on Saturday night, with New York scoring all of its goals in a 2:39 span in the second period. The last time Brodeur gave up three goals in so short a span in one game was against the Rangers on Nov. 14, 2006, when Jaromir Jagr scored twice and Brendan Shanahan once within 90 seconds in the third period. Those were also the only goals scored by the Rangers that night, as the Blueshirts beat the Devils, 3-2.
