James Neal suspended 5 games

Pittsburgh Penguins forward James Neal has been suspended five games for kneeing Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand in the head during the Bruins' 3-2 win Saturday at TD Garden.

Brendan Shanahan, the NHL's senior vice president of player safety, announced the suspension Monday afternoon.
