Sabres sign goalie Linus Ullmark

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Sabres have signed goalie prospect Linus Ullmark to a three-year, entry-level contract.

The Sabres selected Ullmark in the sixth round of the 2012 draft. He has been playing in his native Sweden, splitting time there between MODO's junior and elite teams.

Last season, he was named the Swedish Hockey League's top goalie after finishing with a 2.08 goals-against average and a 93.1 save percentage in 35 games.
