I put my golf shoes on at 7:30 a.m. and took them off 15 hours later at 10:30 p.m. For John Michael Buccigross, THAT is a good day.

The occasion was the seventh annual Travis Roy benefit golf tournament in Orange, Conn. Roy, as most of you know, was a Boston University freshman in October of 1995 when he was paralyzed eleven seconds into his collegiate career.
