Wright out three weeks with elbow injury

Columbus Blue Jackets: The Blue Jackets placed forward Tyler Wright on the injured list Wednesday due to an injured elbow.

Wright hyperextended his right elbow early in the Blue Jackets' 3-2 victory over Vancouver on Monday night. He is expected to be out three weeks.

Along with Geoff Sanderson, Wright is one of two players chosen in the 2000 expansion draft that is still with the Blue Jackets.

He scored a career-high 19 goals and had 30 points last season in 70 games. Wright ...
