Brodeur injured; Luongo to start

TORONTO -- With a berth in the World Cup of Hockey final hanging in the balance, it's all but certain Team Canada starting goaltender Martin Brodeur will be sidelined from Saturday's semifinal game against the Czech Republic (ESPN2, 6:30 p.m. ET) with a fluke wrist injury.

Roberto Luongo, who two years ago won a gold medal for Canada at the World Championship under eerily similar circumstance, will get the call.
