Panthers' McCabe injures back, likely out two weeks

Florida Panthers general manager Jacques Martin said defenseman Bryan McCabe likely will be out two weeks with a back injury suffered in the Panthers' opening game Friday night, according to ESPN.com's Pierre LeBrun.
Martin said Saturday afternoon's MRI exam showed McCabe did not have any vertebrae fractures. The team is calling the injury a "contusion and low back strain."
