Dustin Byfuglien headed for trial?
MINNEAPOLIS -- Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien will likely go to trial in a boating while impaired case in Minnesota, his attorney said on Thursday.
Mitch Robinson said he and a prosecutor were "miles apart," and unable to agree. The next hearing is April 19, and Robinson anticipates the case will go to trial in June.
