Sidney Crosby is a Masterton finalist

NEW YORK -- Penguins star Sidney Crosby, Wild goaltender Josh Harding and Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid are this season's nominees for the NHL's Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy.

The award is presented to "the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey."
