Leafs' Kaberle not ready to rejoin team for full practice

Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Tomas Kaberle had encouraging results after undergoing testing in Toronto on Wednesday to gauge his recovery from a concussion.

According to The Sports Network of Canada, Kaberle will have to work through at least two consecutive practices symptom-free before he is cleared to play.

The 29-year-old was injured during a loss to the New Jersey Devils on March 2 when he suffered a late hit from Cam Janssen.

Janssen was suspended by the NHL for three games for the hit.

Kaberle has recorded nine goals and 40 assists in 65 games for Toronto this season.
