The better news for Cullen's fantasy potential is the departure of Brent Burns from the Wild's defense. That clears a spot on the top power-play unit for Cullen to show off his prowess as a quarterback on the man-advantage. The cards all have to fall right for Cullen to truly have fantasy value, but how things flop out might make it worth betting on him this season.
