{"playerId":511,"percentChange":0,"averageDraftPosition":190.4,"percentOwned":65.1,"playerRaterSEASON":6.7,"playerRater7DAY":1.6,"fullName":"Steve Ott","seasonOutlook":{"outlook":"A superb mix of points and penalty minutes that heavily leans toward the PIMs side of the equation, Ott has plenty of fantasy value when he is a top-six forward. The issue with joining the Buffalo Sabres is that Ott is far from assured of a role on a scoring line. The Sabres will have plenty of training camp battles this season and Ott will need to emerge victoriously to earn the points that make his penalty minutes all the more valuable. The silver lining is that the Sabres have so many players vying for top-six ice time that even the third line will be somewhat imposing. Even if Ott's point total drops a bit, his PIMs are still quite nice to add to a fantasy team's total.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Thu Jan 10"},"playerRater30DAY":4.9,"playerRater15DAY":0.5,"positionRank":27}
