From Elias: Defenseman Dennis Seidenberg's first goal of the season snapped a 1-1 tie with 1:04 remaining in the third period of the Bruins' game at Ottawa and earned Boston a 2-1 victory. It was the latest regulation tiebreaking goal by a Bruins defenseman since Oct. 13, 2007, when Aaron Ward scored a tiebreaker at the 19:48 mark of the third period in a game at San Jose (Boston won, 2-1).
