Second Straight Three-point Game For Kronwall
From Elias: Defenseman Niklas Kronwall, who tallied one goal and two assists at Columbus on Tuesday, recorded his second straight three-point game with three assists in the Red Wings' 6-0 win against Minnesota on Friday. Kronwall is the sixth defenseman to register consecutive three-point games in the NHL this season; the others are Erik Larsson (who did it in three straight games), Dan Boyle, John Carlson, Alexander Edler and Kris Letang. Since 1995-96, the only other Detroit defenseman to score three points in each of two consecutive team games is Nicklas Lidstrom, who did it in 2000-01 and again in 2006-07.
