Minnesota Goes 3-for-3 In Shootout
From Elias: The Wild overcame a two-goal deficit and then beat the Kings in a shootout in which Minnesota's three shooters, Zach Parise, Mikko Koivu and Matt Cullen, all scored. Two At A Time For Parise
From Elias: Zach Parise scored two goals for Minnesota in its 4-2 win against the Canucks. It was the third two-goal game of the season for Parise, who's played all 24 games for the Wild this year after signing with them as a free agent during the offseason. That's as many multiple-goal games as Parise recorded while playing in all 82 games for the Devils last season.

Parise Likes Working Overtime
From Elias: Minnesota beat Calgary, 2-1, on Zach Parise's goal 27 seconds into overtime. It was Parise's first overtime goal for the Wild and the eighth of his NHL career, which prior to this year had been spent entirely with the New Jersey Devils. Since February 2008, when he scored his first OT goal in a game against Pittsburgh, the only NHL player with as many overtime goals as Parise is Alex Ovechkin (also eight).
