The duo could be improved this season if Nazem Kadri is ready to step up and compete in the NHL, a legit possibility, if he takes to new coach Randy Carlyle's plans. The bottom line is that MacArthur, could have some mild fantasy value if the Toronto Maple Leafs' second line turns out to be better than it was last season.
