An injury-plagued season in 2010-11 was followed by a move down the depth chart last season with the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Colorado Avalanche traded for Downie, and he finished the season by potting two goals and 13 assists in 20 games with a plus-9 rating on a line with Gabriel Landeskog and Ryan O'Reilly. Certainly Landeskog took to Downie's style on the ice, scoring 19 points in 22 games with him and 33 points in 60 games before his arrival. But can Downie be a fantasy monster again with so many others competing for top-six forwards ice time?
