Edler Scores, But Remains "negative"
From Elias: Alexander Edler scored a power-play goal and was named the #1 star in the Canucks' 4-3 win over the Blue Jackets. But if you look closely at the box score, you'll notice that Edler had a -2 plus/minus rating. In fact, Edler has posted negative numbers in that category in each of the last four games in which he's scored a goal. That's the longest such streak by any NHL player this season, and the longest by a Vancouver player since Ed Jovanovski had a four-game streak in 2001.
