Appearing in just 41 games over the past two campaigns, Bernier appears to be on the move -- if the rumors are to be believed -- as he is ready to take on the No. 1 duties for an NHL team somewhere. But until that happens, his value is limited by his opportunities behind Quick. Likewise in the fantasy realm, Bernier's stock will be severely impacted by his staying or being shipped off. As Quick's backup, he's worthy of a late-round pick and a rotational roster spot; as a starter somewhere else, he's a mid-rounder, with a good chance he'll wind up as a solid No. 2 option in fantasy.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Thu Jan 10"},"playerRater30DAY":1.3,"playerRater15DAY":-2.1,"positionRank":14}

Bernier Continues Hot Start
From Elias: Backup goaltender Jonathan Bernier stopped 26 of 27 shots in the Kings' 3-1 win at Calgary. Bernier has won all three of his starts this season, allowing exactly one goal in each. The only other Los Angeles goalie to go 3-0-0 in his first three starts of a season while allowing fewer than two goals in each is the Kings' current #1 netminder, Jonathan Quick in 2010-11.
