Columbus Plays Its Fifth Straight Overtime Game
From Elias: Matt Calvert scored the first overtime goal of his NHL career to earn Columbus a 2-1 win over the Canucks. The Blue Jackets' last five games have required overtime or a shootout to decide a winner, with a pair of overtime losses followed by three consecutive wins (two in OT and one via a shootout). They're the first NHL team to play five straight overtime games this season. Two teams did so last season: Vancouver and Minnesota.
