His eight-appearance stint in 2010-11 (including a 3.52 GAA and .888 SV%) proved that he needed more work at the AHL level, though he looked much better in his five starts this past season, posting a 2.01 GAA and .935 SV%. Though Ben Bishop appears to have an edge on him in the battle to be Craig Anderson's primary backup this season, the 24-year-old Swede is approaching the impending camp battle as though he can win it. If he does, there's certainly reason to believe he'll produce some value for fantasy purposes in the handful of starts he'll get; if he doesn't, he's worth monitoring in case of an injury to either man ahead of him. In the AHL during the lockout, Lehner was good for a 13-5-1 record, with a 1.94 GAA and .944 SV%.","seasonId":2013,"date":"Thu Jan 10"},"playerRater30DAY":-0.2,"playerRater15DAY":1.7,"positionRank":15}

Lehner's Busy Season Continues
From Elias: Robin Lehner made 42 saves in his 4-3 shootout loss at Montreal on Wednesday. Lehner has played five games for the Senators this season and faced 35 or more shots on goal in each game (196 total shots). Since 1979-80, the only other NHL goaltender to face at least 35 shots in each of his first five games of a season was Pittsburgh's Denis Herron, who started the 1984-85 season with six consecutive games of 35-plus shots on goal.
