Vancouver (23-11-6-1) at Anaheim (13-17-6-5) 10:30 pm EST

ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- The Vancouver Canucks seek their seventh straight road win when they visit the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim on Friday.

Magnus Arvedson scored twice and Dan Cloutier made 16 saves en route to his fourth straight road victory as the Canucks posted a 3-1 win at Los Angeles on Thursday.

Vancouver is three points behind Detroit for first place in the Western Conference and three in front of Colorado atop the Northwest Division.

Anaheim is winless in its last four games (0-2-2) and just 2-5-2 in its last nine contests. The Ducks, however, are 5-1-3 in their last nine home games.

The Ducks skated to their second straight tie as they rallied for a 4-4 tie with the Kings on Wednesday. Mikael Holmqvist scored two of Anaheim's three first-period tallies.

Vancouver leads the series, 25-13-9.
